Overview
As part of the business development team, you will identify and evaluate growth opportunities to expand Alfasigma’s portfolio and profitability. You will work across scientific and commercial perspectives to assess new products, licensing, acquisitions, and co-development.
Your role supports due diligence, forecasting, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership. This position offers impact through shaping trans-market growth and strengthening Alfasigma’s GI focus and global reach. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive value and innovation.

Responsabilità
- Identify new growth opportunities (acquisitions, co-development, licensing, asset acquisitions)
- Coordinate scientific and marketing assessment of opportunities
- Prepare product forecasting, pricing, and competitive intelligence analyses
- Initiate and coordinate due diligence processes
- Support financial analyses (NPV, risk assessment) and viability recommendations
- Coordinate negotiation of transaction agreements
- Provide concise recommendations to senior management
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Science or Economics
- Solid project management experience
- Pharma industry experience, ideally in BD
- Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional leadership
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Skills in financial modeling and quantitative analysis
- Clear and effective communicator for senior management
- Contract negotiation and complex deal experience
- Fluent in English
