Serve as the local main point of contact for Enterprise customers (Wholesale / Colo Carrier customers) in Italy Provide reactive and consistent support for customers' day-to-day requests Manage customer requests including service upgrades, contract amendments, and commercial proposals in collaboration with global sales Ensure recurring renewal of existing contracts and timely fulfillment of available capacity Maintain accurate opportunities data in SFDC and coordinate internal approvals for new orders Support creation and maintenance of a qualified sales pipeline aligned with Data4's commercial strategy Coordinate with Operations and Delivery teams for seamless handover and post-sales support Support cross-functional initiatives to improve commercial processes and service quality Provide local support to the Global Head of Sales throughout the Hyperscale sales cycle when required Coordinate with Marketing to foster the DATA4 brand and sustain customer relationships Respect and enforce health and safety, environmental, information security, and energy policies Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, ICT,
or a related field is required Fluent in English Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales and/or customer management experience in the ICT, cloud, or data center industry Experience working with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Delivery functions in complex sales cycles Prior experience in a high-growth environment Demonstrates expertise in B2B sales and customer management within the ICT, cloud, or data center industry, with a strong focus on maintaining customer relationships and managing complex sales cycles. Proficient in coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and security policies.
