You will coordinate process improvements and oversee projects that streamline operations and elevate service quality. You’ll analyze shift performance and partner with leadership to standardize practices, while mentoring new managers. This role offers impact through shaping site-wide standards in a fast-paced, data-informed environment.

Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree
- Relevant experience in people management
- Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
- Experience using data or evidence to influence business decisions
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and local language
