As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing field team to execute Sobi's go-to-market strategy in Metabolic Diseases. You drive regional commercial results and ensure alignment with patient needs and market realities. You will shape strategy through field insights, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and coach a high-performance sales organization. Responsabilità
- Own regional commercial results, including sales and KPIs
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of Key Account Managers
- Apply a comprehensive leadership model (manager, coach, mentor)
- Drive development through performance routines and development plans
- Coordinate regional sales activities and ensure compliant, high-quality interactions
- Coach field members, support account strategies,
and maintain customer understanding
- Oversee territory planning, targeting, and call planning
- Deploy omnichannel activities to achieve business objectives
- Contribute to regional strategy with field insights and market data
- Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Patient Access, and Commercial Excellence
- Provide feedback loops for local insights to inform strategic plans
- Coordinate capability planning with marketing and medical counterparts
- Strengthen customer networks and manage key stakeholder relationships
- Lead account planning, budget monitoring, and productivity reviews
- Represent Sobi in key customer engagements with a scientific, value-based message
- Utilize dashboards to identify opportunities and exceed targets
- Ensure adherence to regulations and complete required training
