Responsabilità
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders to identify, qualify, and prioritize strategic needs
- Translate business objectives into structured requirements, roadmaps, and technology initiatives
- Lead complex technology-enabled programs with governance, planning,
prioritization, and value realization
- Coordinate across Product teams, Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI, vendors, and system integrators
- Shape solutions with measurable business value and contribute to the evolution of Costa's technology landscape
Requisiti fondamentali
- 8-10 years of experience in Program Management, Demand Management, Business Partnership, PMO, Digital Transformation, or related transformation initiatives
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate priorities into initiatives, roadmaps, and delivery plans
- Strong track record leading cross-functional programs and managing risks across multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with technology delivery environments, working with product teams, external vendors, and system integrators
- Experience in commercial, digital, customer-facing, or operational transformation initiatives is a plus
