Your Role as a Customer Advisor As a Customer Support Specialist, your mission is to solve problems, build trust, and make every interaction count. What You'll Be Doing * Assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat * Troubleshoot problems using tools, training, and documentation * Handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy * Offer solutions to frequently asked questions * Represent the brand with clarity and enthusiasm * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Who We're Looking For Must-Haves * Solid English skills (B2 or higher) * Basic tech proficiency and ability to learn new tools quickly * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning/evening/weekends) Great-to-Haves * Previous customer support, hospitality, or client-facing experience * Strong communication and time management skills * Active listening and emotional intelligence * A collaborative, team-player mindset What's in It for You?
