For the Order To Delivery Department – Italy Market of Haier Europe HQ based in Vimercate (MB), we are looking for an Order to Delivery Intern who will support the team in the following activities :
- Customer management end to end
- the entire order flow, from order entry to delivery
- Sales condition entry & update
- Customer master data maintenance
- Logistic activities such as Direct Deliveries and Booking slot Management
- Claim management and related credit/debit note flow
- Flow Analysis and Projects management
What you need to succeed
- Fluent Italian, good knowledge of English
- Excellent knowledge of Office (Excel, Power Point)
We offer an initial 6-months internship 800 euro, company computer, meal tickets, lavoro da remoto, company shuttle
