Overview

As Learning Manager in luxury retail, you drive client experience by training and coaching store teams. You implement brand culture, product knowledge, and selling skills to support store growth. You work cross-functionally with store, HR, and corporate Learning teams to scale impact through onboarding, coaching, and development plans.

You stay hands-on on the shop floor to ensure adoption of training and measurable improvements. This role combines leadership, coaching, and strategic training delivery.

Responsabilità

- Train and coach store teams to embody Brand culture, values and products
- Partner with Team and Store Managers to implement learning progression aligned with business objectives and sales targets
- Lead in-store coaching to elicit solutions and develop individual team members
- Support Store Managers in building coaching skills and development paths for staff
- Identify and nurture potential talent and create individual development plans
- Provide ongoing performance feedback to Store Managers and HR on team progress




- Ensure visibility of training activities to Store Management and monitor training impact
- Collaborate with Corporate/EMEA on training projects and deliver country-level training
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires and coordinate with HR on proactive staffing plans
- Coordinate product training with Merchandising for launches and share best practices across stores

Requisiti fondamentali

- Fluent in Italian and English
- Significant experience in luxury retail
- Strong training delivery and presentation skills using varied techniques
- Excellent oral and written communication with ability to influence stakeholders
- Proactive, structured, collaborative mindset
- Good understanding of PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Travel flexibility
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
