Overview
Join an international, R&D-driven; pharmaceutical company in Milan as Key Account Manager B2B. You will build and manage strategic relationships with assigned customers, drive new product launches, and support sales planning and budgeting. You’ll act as a strategic advisor, promoting lifecycle management and marketing tools within the business franchise. This role offers impact across cross-functional teams and a chance to shape customer value in a growth-focused environment.
Responsabilità
- Conduct regular face-to-face meetings and business reviews with assigned customers
- Lead new product launch processes in collaboration with Regulatory, Procurement, and AWS
- Own monthly sales forecasting and support finance reporting for assigned customers
- Develop deep knowledge of scientific product profiles and key marketing messages
- Define commercial and marketing plans in coordination with customers
- Contribute to annual sales budget definition and strategic plan review
- Act as a strategic advisor promoting internally developed marketing tools and lifecycle management
- Monitor license and supply agreements duration and key term renegotiations with customers
Requisiti fondamentali
- Fluent English
- Economic or scientific background
- 8-10 years of experience
- Strong preference for background in generics and tender matters
- Project management
- Commercial attitude, proactivity and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
