Overview
Join the Kering Supply Chain Audit team in Italy to help ensure a transparent, ethical, and traceable supply chain for luxury. You will conduct supplier audits, identify risks, and verify corrective actions to safeguard compliance with international standards and the Kering Code of Ethics. Your work supports cross-functional collaboration with Kering Houses and external auditors, using data to spot trends and reinforce responsible manufacturing.
This role offers meaningful impact in shaping social and environmental practices across a global luxury group. You will travel frequently and engage with diverse stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Responsabilità
- Conduct audits in Italy to assess compliance with Kering risk policy and ethical standards
- Document irregularities, report results to suppliers, and manage audit records
- Evaluate corrective actions taken by suppliers and verify effectiveness
- Support external audit teams with technical reviews and audit reporting
- Identify risk areas for Kering Houses and ensure rigorous follow-up on findings
- Use statistical tools to analyze risk patterns and trends in data
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master's degree in engineering, sociologic, legal or economic areas
- Experience conducting social or environmental audits
- Familiarity with SA8000 and knowledge of Italian Labor Law and Health & Safety regulations
- Interest in supply chain processes, manufacturing and industrial operations
- Analytical problem solver and team player
- Strong Italian and English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel ~70% and hold a driving license
