Responsabilità
- Track qualitative and quantitative KPIs (Recruitment, My Client, LoveMeter, Conversion Rate, Average ticket, Unit Per Ticket) and omnichannel services (Sephora+, Click & Collect, App download)
- Monitor team performance and define corrective actions
- Lead the department team and develop members' skills
- Maintain quality standards across department offerings (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection) and provide technical training
- Resolve disputes and foster team spirit to achieve goals
- Brief the team on results and monthly objectives; guarantee best Customer Journey and respect for guidelines
- Monitor and share daily results with Store Manager and team
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and commercial policies
- Manage in-store services performance (internal, external) and organize the Booxi platform
- Coordinate daily with Trade & Communication for store events and activities
- Support Managers in daily activities and contribute to store’s commercial and HR strategy
- Manage stockroom and optimize stock levels aligned with replenishment cycles
- Engage in events, masterclasses, and Digiclass activities in-store
