Salary Range: € 33.600 – € 46.200 gross per year

JOB PURPOSE
The Process Engineer is part of the Manufacturing Operations team and is responsible for providing technical support and driving process improvements within the Casalpusterlengo manufacturing site.
This role is key to developing the factory according to World Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles, focused on achieving zero defects, zero waste, and zero losses.
The Process Engineer applies a broad range of Focused Improvement and Quality Improvement methodologies and tools to eliminate identified losses across the areas of Safety, Quality, Cost Deployment, Customer Service, and Logistics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Factory, Engineering, Production, Safety, and Quality teams to eliminate losses, reduce waste, and improve manufacturing performance.
- Identify, propose, and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and operational efficiency.
- Analyse workflows and process performance data to design, implement, and validate process enhancements.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of improvements and identify new opportunities.
- Participate in daily production meetings and develop reports on process status, implemented changes, and achieved results.
