Role Purpose We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior FP&A; Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will support financial planning and analysis activities, contribute to business performance monitoring, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accurate financial insights and reporting.
Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing Support the Financial Planning & Analysis team in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities;
Collaborate with Accounting and Controlling teams during monthly closing activities to ensure data accuracy and consistency;
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and performance analysis for local and global stakeholders;
Contribute to inventory and margin analysis, helping identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities;
Analyze financial data and business performance trends to support decision-making processes;
Contribute to the development and maintenance of standardized reporting tools and dashboards;
Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and financial visibility across the organization;
The Type Of Person We Are Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
At least 1 year of experience in FP&A;, Controlling, Audit, or Corporate Finance;
Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools is considered a plus;
Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles;
Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Intermediate proficiency in English and fluency in Italian.
