CALIBRE is seeking a Transition Counselor to support the Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP). The Transition Counselor serves as a trusted advisor and primary case manager for transitioning Soldiers and eligible clients, providing individualized counseling, group instruction, and comprehensive transition support throughout the military-to-civilian transition process.
This position plays a critical role in helping clients successfully prepare for post-military employment, education, entrepreneurship, vocational training, and other career pathways.
The successful candidate will guide participants from initial counseling through Capstone validation, helping them develop and execute Individual Transition Plans (ITPs), complete Career Readiness Standards (CRS), and access available resources and support services. The Transition Counselor must be skilled in case management, adult learning, counseling, customer service, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring compliance with Army TAP policies and contractual requirements.
