Junior Communication & Events Assistant | Janus Janus is an Italian Energy Tech startup developing innovative digital solutions powered by technology, AI and data for the energy sector and Renewable Energy Communities. We are looking for a new junior talent to join our team, work closely with the CEO and be directly involved in the company's day-to-day activities. We are looking for someone curious, sharp, dynamic and, above all, proactive — someone eager to grow fast, experience different professional environments and take an active role in events, meetings, networking activities and business trips.
Take an active role in events, meetings and networking activities Create and manage social media content Support event communication and promotion Prepare presentations and communication materials Coordinate operational activities with the Communication team Join national and international business trips Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in public speaking A professional presence and confidence in different business environments Flexibility and adaptability Good English proficiency Experience with social media management, Canva,
graphic tools, WordPress and digital communication is a plus. We want to understand how you think, how curious you are and how you turn an idea into something concrete. HOPEE is Janus' digital platform for Renewable Energy Communities, designed to connect citizens, communities and administrators and make participation in an energy community simpler, more engaging and accessible.
Then imagine that HOPEE is about to launch in a new city and answer one question: "How would you launch HOPEE to make people aware of it and engage citizens, businesses and the local community?" We want to see how you think, what ideas you can bring to the table and how you turn them into a concrete proposal. You can present your idea through 3–5 slides, a one-page proposal, a short video or any other creative format you believe can effectively communicate your approach. Submitting the HOPEE Challenge is required to access the first interview stage.
