- Independently prepare dishes according to our menu.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Work closely with colleagues and provide support during busy periods.
- Manage and monitor inventory and stock orders.
- Prepare ingredients and perform mise-en-place duties.
- Apply fundamental and professional cooking techniques.
- Contribute ideas for menu development, recipe improvements, and preparation methods.
- Take responsibility for inventory management and ordering supplies.

- You are able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- You have a good understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations.
- You have an MBO Level 3 diploma or equivalent vocational qualification/work experience.
