we are looking for a talented Business HR Commercial Associate Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the BHR Commercial Manager.
The Business HR Associate Manager is a senior and autonomous HR professional able to guide and support the business with a large and diverse workforce. The role requires solid HR knowledge across all major disciplines, a comprehensive business understanding, and the ability to independently address complex employee relations and business challenges. Acting as a trusted advisor and credible partner, this position provides practical, evidence-based solutions and sound guidance to business leaders in areas of scope.
