SI Consulting France is a recruitment firm sourcing, on behalf of a confidential client, an IT Support Analyst for the Milan office. Our client is a leading international business law firm, with a demanding clientele and a VIP-level working environment. As part of the reinforcement of IT support in the Milan office, we are hiring an IT Support Analyst who will be the sole on-site IT contact, working within a wider European support team.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and resolve tickets (incidents/requests), in line with SLAs. Hardware/software troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Configure and manage IT equipment (laptops, printers, smartphones), asset management. Support internal/external virtual meetings. Manage local IT stock, maintain the knowledge base. Occasional travel to other European offices.
Candidate Profile:
3 to 7 years of IT support experience, ideally within a high-end professional services environment (law firm, banking, consulting). Strong command of MS Windows/Office (Outlook, Word), hardware/software diagnostics. Knowledge of Document Management Systems (iManage a plus), ITIL awareness.
Fluent
Italian and English required (written and spoken); French/German a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders, composure under pressure, flexible working hours.
