For our Milan office , we are looking for a highly motivated Junior Legal Counsel who will provide comprehensive legal support across all aspects of the business, focusing on investment agreements , corporate governance , M&A; and fundraising transactions for our scale-up clients. You will also work closely with the Growth Engine and A-Road teams , supporting the negotiation and management of legal matters related to portfolio companies . Your role, supervised by our Legal Counsel, will involve close collaboration with senior team members to ensure legal compliance and the seamless execution of transactions.
