Overview
As Product Marketing Specialist for Electrification – ELDS, you will implement product marketing strategies in the assigned area and support Sales to drive orders and services. You’ll rotate across Product Marketing teams to deepen expertise in Medium Voltage Switchgears and Grid Components, delivering value propositions and training to enable sales success. You will help improve customer outcomes by aligning with global strategy and driving marketing plans, NPS, and business development initiatives. This role combines technical insight with cross‑functional collaboration to impact how ABB runs what runs the world.

Responsabilità
- Implement product marketing strategy in assigned area/segment and define product value propositions and positioning




- Oversee progress toward marketing targets and budgets and implement improvement plans
- Drive orders and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) through continuous improvements
- Execute annual marketing plan in collaboration with division/product groups
- Develop business plans for market-focused growth
- Support Sales with product knowledge and training to enable sales efficiency

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (Energy, Electrical or Industrial preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team collaboration capability
- Advanced knowledge of Office, Excel
- Willingness to travel
- Problem solving and multicultural teamwork mindset
- Proficient in Italian and English (written and spoken)
