Overview In this role, you will contribute to the Group Shared Services Financial Controlling team, supporting controlling, reporting and stakeholder management for IT project services. You will help manage project procurement-to-pay processes, project accounting and budgeting/forecasting, and ensure compliance with the defined methodology. The position offers hands-on experience in IT project financial planning and cross-functional collaboration within the Group CFO area.
This is an opportunity to grow in a structured finance environment and influence project profitability and governance.
Responsabilità
- Support procurement-to-pay processes for projects: requirements, budget checks, contracts, supplier orders, delivery confirmation and invoice payments
- Assist accounting for project-based revenue and percentage-of-completion where applicable
- Support assessment of yearly budget,
forecast and periodic reporting for Group IT projects
- Assist project teams with accounting principles and compliance per the defined methodology and framework
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering
- 3-5 years in Finance Controlling; IT project management and project financial planning experience considered an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling)
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organization and time management
- Team-oriented with proactive communication and motivation
