Overview
As an Investment Analyst in Milan, you will source, evaluate, and execute logistics real estate opportunities across Italy, supporting acquisitions and developments. You will perform in-depth financial analysis and market research, while coordinating with internal teams and external advisers. You’ll contribute to investment materials and help steer portfolio monitoring and asset strategy in a growing European platform.
This role offers exposure to off-market sourcing, complex due diligence, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with a strong Italian focus.

Responsabilità
- Source, evaluate, and support execution of logistics real estate acquisitions and developments
- Perform detailed financial analysis, underwriting, and cash flow modelling
- Conduct market research, comparable analysis, and site-level due diligence
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, advisors,
and off-market sources
- Support negotiations and prepare internal investment documentation
- Coordinate due diligence processes with internal teams and external advisors
- Contribute to investment committee materials and approval processes
- Assist with portfolio monitoring, asset strategy, and valuation exercises
Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven track record in logistics/industrial real estate investment within Italy
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
- Strong relationship management and business development capabilities
- Fluent Italian (native or bilingual) and professional English
- Extensive real estate investment experience in Italy (7+ years)
- Independent analytical capability to assess investment opportunities
- Established network within the Italian real estate market (agents, brokers, investors)
