You will join the Facility team and will have the opportunity to gain an overview of investment project management activities and facility improvement projects within a manufacturing environment. This internship offers hands‑on experience in project management and facility operations,
providing a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic industrial environment and contribute to projects with tangible impact on facility efficiency and profitability.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
You will collaborate with your tutor in:
- Assist the Project Manager in daily activities related to project management for investments
- Contribute to the planning and execution of improvement projects within the facility
- Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze data related to facility operations
- Participate in team meetings and discussions to provide updates on project status
- Aid in the preparation of reports and presentations to communicate project progress
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Master's degree in Engineering or related fields
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong interest in manufacturing and project management
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
