International Sales Specialist

We are looking for a technical sales professional who can integrate into and grow within our sales team while supporting both customers and department colleagues. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills and the determination to deepen their knowledge of a technical field, with frequent opportunities to take on the challenge of solving real-world customer problems. After thorough in-house training, the candidate will be responsible for:

- providing technical advice to international and Italian customers to offer them the best solution and any alternatives;
- preparing quotes, drafting commercial offers, and negotiating the associated terms;
- managing, entering, and fulfilling orders, liaising with internal departments and monitoring the progress of goods and deliveries, in close collaboration with Production and the Warehouse;
- coordinating international shipments, including those outside the EU, with responsibility for ensuring compliance with customs obligations or specific packaging requirements;
- updating quotes and price lists;
- written and telephone correspondence with customers;
- preparing reports and presentations;
- participating in trade shows, sales visits, and industry events, both in Italy and abroad;
- training customers through in-person courses, online webinars, and/or technical seminars

Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent knowledge of French and/or Spanish
- Technical background or the ability to thrive in an environment where technical knowledge is key for providing sales support;
- Entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity,



and a results-oriented mindset;
- Good command of Microsoft Office
- Must have a personal vehicle
- Willingness to undertake short business trips within Italy and to other European countries (up to 25% of the time)

Plus:
- Degree in Architecture or Engineering
- Knowledge of other languages relevant to managing European clients
- Experience in a Sales Back Office role gained
- Experience in the logistics management of product shipments
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software for reading technical drawings;
- knowledge of the BIM approach to design
- strong problem-solving and teamwork skills, good interpersonal skills to interact with clients and other internal departments, and the ability to manage your own work and deadlines independently.
- public speaking experience
