Overview
In this role you drive regional sales and market share for Central/Southern Italy by implementing Hyundai policies within the dealer network. You ensure customer satisfaction, monitor stock levels, and align Sell-In and Sell-Out with company targets. You will manage dealer relationships, develop local sales and marketing plans, and analyze performance to drive improvements. This role offers exposure to an international automotive environment and a chance to shape market growth in a dynamic region.

Responsabilità
- Implement and monitor sales policies within the dealer network for the designated region
- Manage dealer relationships and ensure information flow between dealers and the company
- Monitor stock length, quality, and quantity in the area of competence
- Develop and implement local Sales and Marketing plans (ATL/BTL) to achieve volumes and market share targets
- Analyze performance indicators and competitor activity to drive continuous improvement in dealer results
- Contribute to streamline of sales procedures and services through initiatives to the Sales Department
- Support achievement of sales objectives (Sell-In, Sell-Out, Market Share) within the area of competence
Requisiti fondamentali
- University Degree
- Maximum 5 years' experience in a related position
- Constant travel within Central/Southern Italy
- Fluent English
- Experience in the automotive industry
