Overview
In this role you contribute to New Product Development by aligning product design with company goals and cross-functional needs. You lead experimentation, prototype testing, and quality verification to validate concepts and identify failure modes. You develop test methods and DFMEA, analyze results, and support firmware analysis and debugging. You set up prototypes and test components, driving practical, hands-on improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilità
- Conduct experimental and research activities to advance know-how
- Oversee tests of products and prototypes across pre-production and production




- Write test reports and assist in developing test methods & DFMEA studies
- Explore new technical solutions via experiments or innovative approaches
- Analyze products and prototypes to identify failure modes
- Perform firmware analysis and debugging
- Prepare and set up prototypes
- Test components

Requisiti fondamentali
- Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electronic or Mechatronic)
- 1+ years of experience
- English fluent (written and spoken)
- Experience as a laboratory engineer in medium-large companies is a plus
