On-Site HR Administration Team Leader

Overview
In this role you lead on-site HR administration within a multinational setting, ensuring adherence to global HRO standards and local regulations. You will drive governance, compliance, and process optimization while managing a small to mid-sized team. You’ll oversee end-to-end employee administration across the lifecycle, contributing to continuous improvement and reliable internal controls. This position offers impact through standardized processes, KPI reporting, and collaboration with cross-site HR operations.
Responsabilità
- Ensure adherence to global HR Operations standards and procedures across the employee lifecycle
- Oversee administration of employment contracts, hires, departures, benefits, health schemes, social security, and safety training
- Manage welfare programs, insurance, and mandatory communications; oversee Law 68/99 processes and sector-specific memberships
- Monitor KPIs, produce dashboards, and drive continuous improvement actions
- Ensure regular internal audits and compliance with Internal Control requirements
- Lead and develop the HR on-site team, manage workload, and implement training plans
- Coordinate production of monthly payroll and administration KPIs
- Ensure regulatory monitoring and dissemination of HR policy changes to the team and broader HR community
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor or Master degree specialized in HR and Payroll
- Experience in team management (more than 5 HC)
- Strong Administration
