Responsabilità
- Conduct dealer performance reviews and identify growth opportunities
- Analyze parts sales performance and operational processes
- Develop practical action plans to improve results
- Coach dealer management teams and parts departments
- Support the implementation of best practices across dealerships
- Monitor performance improvements and provide ongoing guidance

Requisiti fondamentali
- 1-3 years of experience in automotive aftersales, parts sales, dealer network development, service operations, or automotive consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Fluent Italian and good English
- Willingness to travel extensively across Northern Italy
- Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
