HR Generalist

Location Multi-site responsibility supporting Fox (Opera, MI) and another Italian operation. We are looking for a proactive, collaborative, and business-oriented HR Generalist to support our growing operations in Italy, including recently acquired businesses and future acquisitions.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, providing guidance and operational support across the entire employee lifecycle. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, HR Operations teams, and business leaders to deliver high-quality HR services while helping foster an engaging, compliant, and high-performing work environment.
This position offers the opportunity to gain broad exposure across multiple areas of Human Resources in a dynamic, international, and fast-growing manufacturing organization.
What You Will Do
You will act as the primary HR contact for assigned employee populations, delivering support across a wide range of HR processes and initiatives.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities,
from recruitment through offboarding.
- Support recruitment activities, including job requisition creation, candidate management, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance on hiring practices and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a positive employee experience and accurate HR documentation.
- Manage employee changes, including promotions, salary adjustments, transfers, and organizational updates.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
Employee and Manager Support
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters.
- Provide guidance on company policies, employee relations issues, attendance management, and employment practices.
