Analyze components and subsystems of automated machinery to evaluate performance, reliability, and maintenance requirements.
Examine maintenance and machine operation data to identify anomalies, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Support the optimization of maintenance plans, work instructions, and maintenance strategies to enhance equipment efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve operational performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, and Digital functions, to improve maintenance processes and contribute to digitalization initiatives across the organization.
Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interest in industrial maintenance, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement, with a desire to contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
Basic knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools, with an interest in leveraging data to support maintenance and performance optimization.
Good command of the English language, both written and spoken, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.
