About The Opportunity & Team
This role sits within our Commercial Sales team in Milan, reporting directly to the Head of agencies. Following our continued scaling phases,
the team is responsible for driving Teads’ advertiser-first and agency commercial strategy across the Italian market. You will collaborate daily with cross-functional teams, including Demand Operations, Studio, Client Services, and Product, to deliver innovative digital ad solutions for top-tier agencies and brands.
As a Senior Sales manager, you will own the commercial growth of key agencyt accounts in Italy, turning strategic market opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships.
About The Role
- Core Mission: Act as a strategic commercial partner to deliver ambitious revenue targets across your portfolio of media agency partners
- Team Alignment: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Demand Ops, Studio, Client Services) to translate high-level client business goals into operational ad solutions.
- Scope of Ownership: Take full accountability for managing and expanding our agency relationship ecosystem, driving adoption of Teads’ omnichannel programmatic and creative formats.
