As an Associate Engineer at Danfoss, you will drive process improvements in a multinational manufacturing environment. - Review KPIs and operating metrics to guide improvements
- Develop process documentation (SOPs, PFMEA, drawings)
- Lead or support Lean initiatives (5S, SMED)
- Analyze data to identify workflow improvements and patterns
- Support monitoring and optimization of processes
- Ensure Health & Safety and environmental requirements are met
- Create training materials and deliver training
- Educational background in Mechanical Engineering or Information Engineering or equivalent
- Experience driving innovative ideas with a focus on digital solutions
- Experience in medium-sized companies or engineering consultancy
- Ability to understand and meet internal/external customer needs and develop process optimizations
