Process Engineer - Mirandola, Italy
I'm currently supporting a leading medical device manufacturer who is looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join their manufacturing team on a long-term freelance contract.
The opportunity
- Location: Mirandola, Italy
- Contract: 15 months
- Start: ASAP
- Work pattern: Full-time, 5 days onsite
- Italian speaking required
We're looking for experience in:
- Process engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Process start-up, industrialisation and validation
- FAT, SAT, OQ & PQ execution
- Writing and executing validation protocols
- Process improvement and manufacturing troubleshooting
- Root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Statistical process analysis including Minitab, DOE, CpK, PpK & Gage R&R;
- Manufacturing technologies such as plastics, moulding, xysqume ultrasonic welding, bonding, leak testing or vision systems
Experience within medical devices or another regulated manufacturing environment would be highly beneficial.
