About the Role:We are hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to support an international brand in Portugal, Greece or BulgariaWe are looking for individuals who excel in communication and problem-solving, and who have a strong work ethic to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- 1. Provide high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- 2. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, services, billing,



and technical issues.
- 3. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary.

Requirements:
- 1. Fluency in Italian and English.
- 2. Customer-focused with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
- 3. Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM systems or support tools.
- 4. Must be a valid EU citizen and willing to relocate abroad.
