Your missions?
- Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for IoT-connected solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Define, prioritize and maintain a healthy product backlog, writing clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria ready for development teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and connectivity/hardware experts, ensuring shared understanding across all parties.
- Lead and facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective), keeping delivery on track in a complex, multi-team environment.
- Make decisive product trade-offs by balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities across the IoT ecosystem (devices, firmware, cloud, mobile).
- Monitor product performance post-release, collecting data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement iterations.
- Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies, risks and blockers, escalating when necessary and proactively following up to closure.




- Contribute to the definition of connectivity standards, device behaviour specifications, and integration requirements with backend and mobile platforms.

Your profile?
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a proven track record in IoT, connected devices or embedded systems environments.
- Background in consumer electronics, smart home or industrial IoT.
- Previous experience in connectivity platform migrations or large-scale IoT programme rollouts.
- Strong hands‑on experience with agile delivery frameworks and backlog management tools (e.g. Jira); ability to write development‑ready stories bridging hardware behaviour, firmware, cloud services and mobile applications.
- Fluent English at C1 level (spoken and written); Italian fluency required for daily collaboration in Italy.
