What you will do
As HR Administration & Payroll Intern, you will have the opportunity to get a 360° overview by managing an end-to-end process.
You will become accountable and manage autonomously your daily workload in a highly dynamic and agile work environment. Specifically, you will support the team in the following activities:
- Support the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees and interns, from preparing documentation to coordinating onboarding activities.
- Assist in the preparation, collection, and verification of employment documentation required for hiring.
- Support time and attendance management by monitoring clock-ins, absences, vacation, leave requests, and attendance anomalies using HR systems.
- Provide operational support in HR administration, ensuring accurate maintenance, updating, and filing of employee records and documentation.
- Assist in managing administrative communications with employees, managers, and internal stakeholders, providing timely support on HR-related matters.
