Condé Nast Italy is looking for an experienced Audience Development Manager to temporarily join the Editorial team of Vanity Fair Italy. The role will report to the Global Executive Director of Operations and Audience for the Vanity Fair brand, and be responsible for implementing the audience growth and content distribution strategy that extends the reach and amplification of content, particularly across social, SEO, email, partnerships and other multi-platform channels for Vanity Fair Italy. Sitting alongside editors of Vanity Fair Italy, the person will be in charge of growing audiences – to websites, social,
video and newsletters – and ensure they are the 'right' audiences so that consumer and commercial revenue teams can deliver against their targets and ambitions.
Please note that this role will join Condé Nast Italy with a fixed-term contract (Maternity Cover) of maximum 12 months.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct daily digital trend and search interest analysis to guide real-time content production for the local market, while proactively scaling actionable insights to European counterparts (specifically France and Spain) to optimize cross-country distribution.
- Deliver continuous, multi-layered tracking and monitoring across all digital touchpoints—including website traffic, social media engagement, newsletter metrics, and audio/podcast performance—ensuring deep integration with web analytics tools.
