As an Associate Engineer at Danfoss, you will drive process improvements in a multinational manufacturing environment. You will work with operations to optimize capability, safety, and efficiency using established tools and methodologies. You will develop essential process documentation and contribute to Lean projects that elevate performance. This role offers cross-functional collaboration and the chance to influence manufacturing outcomes at scale. - Review KPIs and operating metrics to guide improvements
- Develop process documentation (SOPs, PFMEA, drawings)
- Lead or support Lean initiatives (5S, SMED)
- Analyze data to identify workflow improvements and patterns




- Support monitoring and optimization of processes
- Ensure Health & Safety and environmental requirements are met
- Create training materials and deliver training
- Educational background in Mechanical Engineering or Information Engineering or equivalent
- Experience driving innovative ideas with a focus on digital solutions
- Experience in medium-sized companies or engineering consultancy
- Ability to understand and meet internal/external customer needs and develop process optimizations
