Your Role And ResponsibilitiesAct as lead engineer for the design and development of power converters, by defining and developing innovative power electronics solutions to fulfill customers requirements, within a multi-disciplinary team of electrical, mechanical, thermal and control experts.
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
Work Model
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of innovative power converters, including simulation, validation, documentation,
and testing of both hardware and software components.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and suppliers to define technical requirements, develop cooling systems, and ensure feasibility and integration of solutions.
- Conduct hands‑on testing and troubleshooting, build simulation models and prototypes, analyze performance data, and optimize designs for efficiency and reliability.
- Drive technological innovation by staying updated on industry trends, proposing new methodologies, and contributing to the strategic direction of power electronics development.
- Design and optimize power converter architectures for low-voltage DC applications, including power semiconductor selection (Si, SiC, GaN), PCB layout review, thermal/electrical simulations, and system validation using tools such as MATLAB, LTspice, PLECS and Ansys.
