The HR Business Partner will act as the HR partner for
two
strategic Fedrigoni manufacturing sites, managing the full employee lifecycle and all people-related topics. The role requires a high degree of autonomy and has a strong focus on industrial relations, partnering closely with business leaders to support organizational performance and business objectives.
The Impact You’ll Have
Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning people initiatives with operational and organizational goals.
Lead employee and industrial relations activities, fostering constructive relationships with trade unions while ensuring compliance with collective labor agreements and employment regulations.
Manage disciplinary procedures and complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and consistent application of HR practices.
Monitor labour cost and workfoce planning with a focus on absent
