At Fregate Island, the Guest Services Manager / Plantation House Manager is responsible for leading the overall Guest Services operation and ensuring exceptional, personalised service throughout every stage of the guest journey.

You will oversee villa readiness and inspections, handle guest feedback and service recovery,
and ensure consistently high standards across all guest-facing operations.
As a department leader, you will manage and develop the Guest Services team through daily supervision, coaching, training and performance management.
