Overview In this role you will support the RTW Accessories Research strategy, driving effective trims and accessory research for Menswear and Womenswear. You will coordinate with Design, Raw Materials and Purchasing to align on collection requirements, while maintaining a structured archive of trims and materials. You contribute to improving research quality in a cross-functional environment and ensure timely development of premium accessory solutions.

This is a hands-on, collaborative role at a leading luxury house that values craftsmanship and innovation.

Responsabilità

- Conduct research and scouting of trims and accessories for Menswear and Womenswear collections
- Support development from research through implementation of accessories
- Collaborate with Design, Raw Materials and Purchasing to align on requirements and timelines
- Improve the quality and effectiveness of accessories research in a cross-functional environment
- Manage organization,



cataloguing and archiving of trims and accessory materials with traceability
- Monitor data in PLM and other relevant systems
- Support the growth of the trims collection while maintaining high quality standards
- Operate under the coordination of the Trims Team Manager and contribute to team objectives

Requisiti fondamentali

- 4-5 years of experience in accessories, fashion, or luxury industry
- Strong technical knowledge of accessory materials, components, and manufacturing processes
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency with PLM systems, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant digital tools
- Strong organizational skills with experience in material management and archive maintenance
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven approach
