Field Applications
Engineer (FAE) Intern responsibilities include: 1. On-site and remote technical support for customers to resolve issues in POC or after-sales inquiries.
- Track, maintain and resolve incidents as well as provide the report to the customer 3. Perform device installation and integration into the customer environment 4. Provide technical training for Partners and/or customers 5. Escalation to RND to resolve the product issue 6. Create technical documentation for the project and/or internal knowledge base 7. Engage in both domestic and international projects Each intern will be assigned a mentor from our team who will guide and support them throughout their tenure .
Requirements: 1. Fresh graduates/final year students currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Cyber Security, Computer science, information systems or related field.
- Positive and professional working attitude, ability to work under minimum supervision. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication skills in italiano (C1 or above) and English (B2 or above), please do evaluate this requirement before you apply, because you may need communicate with local italiano clients.
- Self-motivated to take responsibilities,
have enthusiasm for learning Any further qualifications and working experience in the IT field are welcome.
