Role : Executive Assistant (Remote) Location : Remote (Work from Anywhere) We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Personal Assistant to work on a Full-time basis. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks remotely. Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle email correspondence, filtering and prioritizing messages as needed.
- Perform research tasks such as gathering information for reports or finding suitable vendors for services.
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person meetings, including setting up video calls and preparing meeting materials. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Experience with calendar management tools such as Google Calendar or Outlook is necessary.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
