- Support project reviews, amendments, audits and other post-award procedures when required.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and project partners, ensuring structured follow-up and timely resolution of project management issues.
Your Profile
- Approximately 2–4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably involving the implementation of EU-funded projects.
- Hands-on experience with post-award project management, ideally within Horizon Europe and/or H2020.
- Good understanding of EU grant financial management, including cost eligibility, budgeting, financial reporting and supporting documentation.
- Experience coordinating activities, deadlines and information across multiple project partners or stakeholders.
- Comfortable working directly with clients and providing practical guidance throughout project implementation.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage several priorities independently.
- Fluent Italian and professional-level English, both written and spoken.
- A collaborative, proactive and service-oriented approach, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Why Us
- Join a leading European innovation and funding consultancy with more than 600 colleagues across Europe.
- Work directly on innovative European R&D; and innovation projects throughout their implementation phase.
- Develop specialised expertise in EU project management, financial reporting and grant compliance.
- Collaborate with international clients, project partners and colleagues across the PNO network.
- Work in an environment that combines autonomy, responsibility and close collaboration.
- Vantaggi from continuous learning and opportunities for professional development within the European innovation ecosystem.
- Permanent Italian employment contract.
- Competitive salary of €32,000–€35,000 gross/year, depending on experience.
