Element is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Technician Trainee. No prior ETCH or NDT experience is required. Through a structured training program, you'll learn specialized inspection and chemical processing techniques that support critical aerospace components and develop toward Inspector certification.

Element is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Technician Trainee. No prior ETCH or NDT experience is required. Through a structured training program, you'll learn specialized inspection and chemical processing techniques that support critical aerospace components and develop toward Inspector certification.

This is a second shift position (1:00pm-9:00pm M-F) with a starting hourly rate of $20.00 with a $3.00 shift differential added.
Responsibilities
- - Move and process parts through chemical treatment operations.
- Inspect component surfaces for defects, irregularities, and quality concerns.
- Follow detailed work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Use hand tools and basic equipment to support production activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and production records.
- Participate in training programs leading to advanced certifications and career progression.
Skills & Qualifications
- - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience using basic hand tools.
- Dependable work ethic and interest in long-term career growth.
