Overview In this role you guide the entire student journey for the Italian market, from initial inquiry to arrival on campus, blending recruitment, consultative sales, and dedicated customer care. You will collaborate with EF offices and campuses to ensure a smooth transition and outstanding experience for students and families. The role sits at the intersection of sales, admissions, and student services within a fast-growing, international environment.
You will help shape EF Academy's presence in Italy and support families making transformative educational choices.

Responsabilità
- Own the Italian-market recruitment cycle from inquiry to enrollment and arrival
- Manage relationships with prospective students and parents, from first contact through campus arrival
- Advise families on EF Academy programs, destinations, and academic pathways
- Deliver highly personalized, consultative experiences addressing family needs
- Proactively manage recruitment pipeline and drive applications toward enrollment
- Oversee post-enrollment journey as primary contact to ensure smooth transition to campus
- Coordinate with international admissions teams and campuses to prep students for arrival
- Organize and participate in school fairs, information sessions, and individual consultations
- Build relationships with schools, counselors, partners, and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to strengthen EF Academy’s presence in the market
- Deliver outstanding customer experience throughout the journey from first contact to arrival
Requisiti fondamentali
- Fluency in Italian, English, and Spanish (mandatory)
- Experience in client-facing, consultative sales, recruitment, admissions, education, or business development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ownership mindset with accountability for commercial results and customer experience
