Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include, but not be limited to, the following areas and activities. At management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work described.
Customer Service and Operations
- Welcome parents and guests to the Mini Club and show them around.
- Monitor all activities and no child is left unobserved.
- Reports all breakage’s / losses.
- Helps the supervisor to market the Resort once the children have left by:
- Sending them birthday cards.
- Corresponding with the children.
- Cleans the inside and outside of the club to the highest of standards.
- Ensures all necessary forms are filled in by the parents.
- Replace the Supervisor on his /her OFF day or when on leave.
Health and Safety
- Maintain a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviours
- Conversant and adherent to First Aid practices and Child Safety.
- Ensure Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met.
Qualifications
- Middle or Secondary Education + Additional training or certificates in the relevant field.
Experience
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel industry.
- Proven experience working in a top luxury resorts.
- Experience working in remote island locations is a plus.
Technical skills
- Verbal Communication.
- Organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English
