Overview
Engineering Tech Lead to guide the threat intelligence platform team. You will be a hands-on leader, combining active technical contribution with people, delivery, and strategic direction. You’ll shape a small, growing team within a cross-functional group of frontend, backend, full-stack, and security engineers, focusing on AI-native development to move fast and raise quality.
You’ll drive outcomes that protect customers at scale and mentor engineers while advancing architectural choices and product delivery.

Responsabilità
- Lead, mentor, and grow the team from one senior engineer with regular 1:1s and clear development paths
- Set priorities, remove blockers, and act as the technical and organizational reference for the team
- Drive technical and architectural decisions with product and security stakeholders
- Own end-to-end delivery: planning, prioritization, quality,
deadlines, and risk management
- Stay hands-on with AI-assisted and agentic development to design, prototype, test, and ship features
- Build software products that protect customers from attacks and fraud at scale
Requisiti fondamentali
- Fluency with modern AI development tools and agentic workflows
- Proven experience as a full-stack engineer delivering complex products end-to-end
- Experience leading or mentoring engineers and a genuine interest in people growth
- Strong ownership of Agile ways of working and tooling (Scrum, Kanban, Jira)
- Solid command of version control (git) and PR/git-flow practices
- Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices
- Experience with containers and CI/CD tools
- Solid grasp of testing methodologies and automation libraries
