We are seeking a Field quality investigator to join our Leapmotor International .
You care about products, innovation, sustainability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences , then join us. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge automotive technology and make a direct impact on product quality.
As a Field Quality Investigator, often known as our “Quality Flying Doctor,” you will be the primary detective for our most challenging field quality issues . You will be on the front lines, traveling to the source of problems to conduct deep-dive technical analyses .
Your work will be crucial in bridging the gap between customer-reported issues and engineering solutions , directly impacting product quality, customer satisfaction, and warranty costs.
You don’t just report problems; you own the initial investigation and provide the critical data needed to drive resolution.
